摘要
目的:探讨态势分析法下持续质量改进对泌尿外科护理质量管理的影响。方法:泌尿外科14名护士为研究对象,2017年7月至2018年7月实施态势分析法指导下持续质量改进,收集管理前、后护理质量管理相关数据,进行统计学分析并讨论差异。结果:管理后基础护理质量评分(97.31±3.17分)、围手术期患者护理质量评分(98.29±2.24分)、护理文件书写质量评分(97.38±3.72分)、消毒隔离管理质量评分(94.64±3.74分)、护理安全管理质量评分(94.65±2.86分)、护士工作满意度(3.67±0.50分)及患者满意度(93.77±3.71分)均高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:态势分析法下持续质量改进可提高临床护理质量和护士、患者的满意度,使泌尿外科护理质量管理提升到一个新的水平。
[Objective] To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on nursing quality management in urology department under situation analysis. [Method] 14 nurses in urology department were selected as the research objects. The continuous quality improvement model was implemented from July 2017 to July 2018 under the guidance of situation analysis. The data of nursing quality management related indicators before and after management were collected, and the differences were statistically analyzed and discussed. [Result] The indexes of clinical nursing quality(quality of basic nursing 97.31±3.17, nursing quality of perioperative patients 98.29±2.24, writing quality of nursing documents 97.38±3.72, quality of disinfection and isolation management 94.64±3.74, quality of nursing safety management 94.65±2.86). Nurses’ job satisfaction(3.67±0.50) and patients’ satisfaction(93.77±3.71) after management were higher than those before management(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Continuous quality improvement mode under the guidance of situation analysis can improve the quality of clinical nursing and the satisfaction of nurses and patients, and promote the quality management of urological nursing to a new level.
