摘要
目的探讨SWOT分析法在泌尿外科护理管理质量中的应用效果。方法该文选取该院在2018年1月—2019年12月泌尿外科的22名护理人员为研究对象,采用计算机分组方法将其分为对照组(常规护理管理方法)和观察组(SWOT分析法),每组均为11名护理人员,对比分析两组护理管理质量。结果观察组业务水平、沟通能力、护士自我认同感以及病区管理评分情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为90.91%,对照组护理满意度为72.73%,明显低于观察组护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科护理管理当中应用SWOT分析法,能够有效提高护理满意度,提高护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of SWOT analysis in the quality of urological nursing management.Methods This article selects 22 nursing staff in the department of urology in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects,and divides them into a control group(conventional nursing management method)and an observation group(SWOT analysis method)using a computer grouping method,each group had 11 nursing staff,comparative analysis of the nursing management quality of the two groups.Results The observation group's professional level,communication ability,nurses'self-identity and ward management scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing satisfaction was 90.91%,and the control group's nursing satisfaction degree was 72.73%,which was significantly lower than the nursing satisfaction of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SWOT analysis in nursing management of urology can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of nursing management.
