摘要
汉语学界在旁格宾语的细化、语法后果及实现机制上做了很多研究,但鲜有学者研究英汉中旁格宾语的语义内涵区别。根据旁格宾语的“事例”和“现象”的区分,英汉旁格宾语的形成机制也有所不同。英语中的旁格宾语是“事例”,语义内涵没有发生变化,而汉语中的旁格宾语由于长时间使用而形成规约化构式,是“现象”,表示抽象的语义含义,并产生跨文化附加含义。英汉旁格宾语是否具有跨文化附加含义反映了英汉思维的差异。
Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the refinement,grammatical consequences and realization mechanism of oblique objects,but few have studied the semantic differences between English and Chinese oblique objects.According to the distinction between“event”and“phenomenon”of oblique objects,the formation mechanism of oblique objects in English and Chinese is different.In English,the oblique object is“event”,and its semantic connotation has not changed.In Chinese,the oblique object has been used for a long time and has been conventionalized into a construction.It is a“phenomenon”,which expresses abstract semantic meaning and produces cross-cultural additional meaning.Whether English and Chinese oblique objects have cross-cultural additional meanings reflects the differences in thinking between English and Chinese.
