摘要
目的本次试验将采用养阴益气活血汤对糖尿病肾病患者开展治疗,分析中西医治疗方案的差异性,并着重探究中医治疗的有效性。方法本次试验选取了2019年1月至2019年7月前来本院就诊的患者,其均为糖尿病肾病人群,在自愿参与试验调查的基础上选取了168例患者作为调研对象。在分组上,为了保证公平性为随机分组。对照组患者采用西医治疗方案,主要是服用二甲双胍和瑞格列奈实施血糖控制,观察组则为中医治疗措施,服用养阴益气活血汤实施病情改善,并分析治疗前后两组患者的主要指标变化情况。结果从治疗结局上看,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.24%(80/84),对照组为88.10%(74/84),组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在空腹血糖和血尿素氮的对比中,两组患者的差异不大。但是在血肌酐和尿蛋白排泄率上则有较大差异,即观察组治疗后的血肌酐为(73.21±20.36)μmol/L,对照组则为(86.52±16.47)μmol/L;观察组的尿蛋白排泄率为(82.36±21.58)μg/min,对照组则为(105.36±35.54)μg/min。因此,我们认为观察组的治疗方案较对照组更佳,P <0.05。结论采用中医养阴益气活血汤的治疗措施能够达到更为理想的治疗效果,有利于患者病情的改善,其肾功能整体恢复情况好,患者对这一治疗措施给予了认可,可以推广应用。
Objective This experiment will use yangyin yiqi huoxue decoction to treat patients with diabetic nephropathy, analyze the differences between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and focus on exploring the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study on the basis of voluntary participation in the experimental investigation. In grouping, in order to ensure fairness, it is random grouping. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, mainly metformin and repaglinide for blood sugar control, while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Patients in the yangyin yiqi huoxue decoction were treated with improved condition, and the main indicators of the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment. Results From the treatment outcome, the total effective rate was 95.24%(80/84) in the observation group and 88.10%(74/84) in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In the comparison of fasting blood glucose and blood urea nitrogen, there was little difference between the two groups of patients. However, there is a big difference in the excretion rate of serum creatinine and urine protein. That is, the serum creatinine of the observation group after treatment is(73.21±20.36) μmol/L, while that of the control group is(86.52±16.47) μmol/L;the rate of urinary protein excretion of the observation group was(82.36±21.58) μg/min, while that of the control group was(105.36±35.54) μg/min. Therefore, we believe that the treatment plan of the observation group is better. Conclusion The treatment of yangyin yiqi huoxue decoction can achieve a better therapeutic effect, which is conducive to the improvement of the patient’s condition, and the overall recovery of renal function is good.
