摘要
目的:探讨健脾益肾方对糖尿病肾病患者血清炎性因子和CysC水平的影响。方法:选择2014年1月至2017年1月来我院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者100例,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上,加用健脾益肾方。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、血清炎性因子和CysC水平、肝功能指标和治疗疗效。结果:研究结果显示,治疗后观察组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清CysC、CRP以及TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,IL-10显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肝功能各项指标改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为88%,显著高于对照组的72%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾方能显著改善临床症状,降低血清CysC水平,改善机体促炎因子和抗炎因子失衡状态,提高临床护理效果。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Recipe on serum inflammatory factors and Cys C levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional therapy,the observation group on the basis of this,combined with jpysr. The TCM symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors and Cys C levels,liver function indexes and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results： the results showed that the observation group after treatment of TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）; the serum levels of Cys C,CRP and TNF-levels were significantly lower than the control group,IL-10 was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0. 05）; the indicators were observed in liver function improved amplitude than the control group（P〈0. 05）; the total efficiency of the observation group was 88%,significantly higher than 72% in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Yishen Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce serum Cys C levels,improve the imbalance of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors,and improve the effect of clinical care.
