摘要
在新文科建设中,教师队伍是关键一环。目前以新文科教师为主体或直接探讨新文科建设与高校教师关系的研究,几乎尚属空白。我们在深度访谈、问卷调查等基础上深入分析了新文科创新性发展、价值引领、交叉融合、研究范式转变等要求与地方高校教师的现实困境,进而从地方高校层面在正确引领教师对新文科建设的认识和意愿、切实增强教师新文科建设能力、扎实做好教师新文科建设保障工作等三个大的方面提出具体应对策略。
The teaching staff is the key link in thee new liberal arts construction. However, there is almost no research on new liberal arts teachers as the main body or on the relationship between the construction of new liberal arts and the teachers in colleges and universities. On the basis of an in-depth interview and a questionnaire survey, we analyzed the contradictions and bottlenecks between the requirements of innovative development of new liberal arts, value guidance, cross integration, and transformation of research paradigms with teachers’ ability and quality, and put forward specific countermeasures from three aspects: correctly leading teachers’ understanding and willingness to build new liberal arts, enhancing teachers’ ability to build new liberal arts, and doing a good job in ensuring teachers’ new liberal arts construction.
