摘要
当前我国现代学徒制试点工作即将进入验收收尾阶段,试点工作顶层设计合理,现代学徒制框架已初步形成,试点单位不断探索出新做法,但也存在着部分试点单位对现代学徒制内涵把握不准,企业主动参与性不高,非学历教育试点需寻求突破等不足。开展现代学徒制工作要立足当前我国国情,也还需着力解决试点成效评估方式的完善,我国企业寿命普遍偏短给校企一体化育人带来的困难,现代学徒培养方式个性与共性的兼顾以及推广范围的确定等一系列问题。
At present,our country modern apprenticeship pilot work is about to enter the final acceptance phase.The pilot work top design is reasonable,and modern apprenticeship framework has been initially formed.Pilot units constantly explore new practices,but there are also deficiencies that some pilot units do not grasp the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,low active participation of enterprises,seeking breakthroughs of non-academic education pilot and so on.To develop modern apprenticeship should be based on the current national conditions of China,and it should also focus on solving a series of problems,such as the improvement of the evaluation method of pilot results,the difficulties brought by the short life span of Chinese enterprises,the balance between the personality and the common character of modern apprenticeship training,and the determination of the scope of promotion.
