摘要
以大豆豆粕为主要原料,豆粕处理后经酶水解改性后再进行化学改性制备大豆蛋白胶黏剂,并对胶黏剂的性能进行评价,分析了酶水解的反应条件和大豆蛋白化学改性的反应条件,并探讨了热压条件对使用此大豆蛋白胶黏剂制备的胶合板的胶合强度的影响,以确定最佳工艺。
Using soybean meal as the main raw material,the treated soybean meal is enzymatically hydrolyzed and then chemically modified to prepare a soybean protein adhesive,and the performance of the adhesive is evaluated.This paper analyzes the reaction conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis and chemical modification of soybean protein,and discusses the effect of hot pressing conditions on the bonding strength of plywood prepared with this soybean protein adhesive to determine the best process.
