制板工艺对无甲醛纤维板物理力学性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Production Technology on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Fiberboard Free from Formaldehyde

摘要 研究了制板工艺参数对用无甲醛生物胶制成的纤维板的物理力学指标的影响。以不同用量的石蜡乳液为防水剂,不含甲醛的生物胶为胶黏剂制备纤维板,并检测其性能。试验结果表明:防水剂对物理力学指标没有显著影响,无甲醛生物胶具有十分良好的耐水性。不加防水剂时,吸水厚度膨胀率25.2%,静曲强度29.9MPa,弹性模量3 130MPa,纤维板具有十分良好的耐水性能。通过正交试验,获得了适用的制板工艺参数:施胶量8.0%、热压温度200℃、热压时间150s。 Effects of technological parameters on physical and mechanical properties of fiberboard were investigated. Various amounts of wax emulsion were used as water repellent and bio-glue free from formaldehyde was used as adhesive to prepare fiberboard, and its physical and mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that water repellent had no obvious influence on physical and mechanical properties of the board. The bio-glue free from formaldehyde provided the fiberboard with strong water resistance. Bio-glue bonded fiberboard still had good physical and mechanical properties (TS =25.2%, MOR =29.9MPa, MOE = 3 130 MPa) under the condition of adding no water repellent . Through orthogonal test, the suitable technological parameters were found as follows, glue percentage 8.0%, hot press temperature of 200℃ , hot press time of 150s.
