摘要
以棉籽粕粉为原料,用尿素进行改性处理暴露出更多的活性基团后,再用聚乙烯亚胺、环氧交联剂与活性基团反应制备棉籽蛋白胶黏剂。利用正交试验探讨尿素、聚乙烯亚胺与三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚的最佳用量。通过傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热等方法,分析棉籽蛋白胶黏剂的结构变化、热稳定性等。结果表明:当尿素浓度为2 mol/L、聚乙烯亚胺为8%、三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚为7%时,制备胶黏剂的湿胶合强度达到1.24 MPa,满足GB/T 9846—2015《普通胶合板》规定的Ⅱ类胶合板要求。
Using cottonseed meal as the raw material,a cottonseed protein adhesive was prepared by modifying it with urea to expose more reactive groups,then reacting with polyethyleneimine(PEI),epoxy crosslinking agent,and active groups.The optimal dosages of urea,PEI and trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether(TTE)were explored by orthogonal tests.Fourier infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry were used to analyze the structural changes and thermal stability of cottonseed protein adhesive.The results showed that when the concentration of urea was 2 mol/L,PEI was 8%and TTE was 7%,the wet bonding strength of the prepared adhesive reached 1.24 MPa,which met the requirements of Class II plywood specified in GB/T 9846—2015"General Plywood".
