摘要
将聚合物砂浆类胶凝材料作为自密实混凝土与基面粘接用胶凝材料,研究聚合物砂浆类胶凝材料的粘接性能。研究结果表明:当水灰比为0.31、砂胶比为10∶9、聚灰比为3.7%、硅灰取代率为25%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.4%、纤维素醚掺量为0.20%、新旧混凝土强度为C35+C30、增塑剂掺量为35%时,所制备自密实混凝土与基面粘接用胶凝材料的粘接性能最为显著,优于试验中所对比的8种胶凝材料。所设计自密实混凝土与基面粘接用胶凝材料的制备方案有效。
Polymer mortar cementitious material was used as cementitious material for bonding self-compacting concrete and base surface,and the bonding properties of polymer mortar cementitious material were studied.The research results showed that when the water-cement ratio was 0.31,the sand-adhesive ratio was 10∶9,the aggregate cement ratio was 3.7%,the silica fume substitution rate was 25%,the polypropylene fiber content was 0.4%,the cellulose ether content was 0.20%,the new and old concrete strength was C35+C30,and the plasticizer content was 35%,the bonding properties of the prepared cementitious material for bonding self-compacting concrete and base surface were the most remarkable,which were better than those of the 8 cementitious materials compared in the test.The preparation scheme of cementitious material designed for bonding self-compacting concrete and base surface was effective.
