摘要
将单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂应用于蒸压加气混凝土的砌筑,通过测试发泡倍数、表干时间、剪切粘结强度和与蒸压加气混凝土拉伸粘结强度研究其性能。结果表明:发泡倍率对粘结强度有一定影响;表干时间影响砌筑施工的可操作性;耐水试验后胶粘剂强度变化不显著;耐热试验后胶粘剂强度显著降低。将单组份聚氨酯泡沫胶粘剂应用于蒸压加气混凝土砌筑具有较大的技术优势。
The application of one component polyurethane foam adhesive to autoclaved aerated concrete was discussed. By testing the foaming ratio,dry time,shear bond strength and tensile bond strength of autoclaved aerated concrete to discuss its performance. The results showed that foaming ratio had a certain effect on bond strength,surface drying time affected the operability of masonry;the strength of adhesives did not change significantly after water resistance test;and the strength of adhesives decreased significantly after heat resistance test. Generally speaking,the application of one component polyurethane foam adhesive to autoclaved aerated concrete had many advantages.
