公路用胶粘剂制备与工程造价应用研究

摘要 为了提升公路建设用高质量高性价比的胶粘剂,研究制备了环氧树脂配比、固化剂和增韧剂对胶粘剂表干时间、拉伸性能、冲击性能、拉剪强度和压剪强度的影响。结果表明,当环氧树脂816与环氧树脂862配比即m(816)∶m(862)为1∶1时,胶粘剂的表干时间较短、拉剪强度和压剪强度最大,破坏形式为内聚破坏;随着PPG-2000增韧剂(PPG)含量增加,当固化剂为6610和D2238时胶粘剂的拉伸强度都表现为先增后减特征,冲击强度都表现为先增而后趋于稳定,当PPG含量为4%时取得拉伸强度最大值。随着PPG含量增加,当固化剂为6610和D2238时胶粘剂的拉剪强度和压剪强度都表现为逐渐减小特征。适宜的PPG含量为4%,m(816)∶m(862)为1∶1,固化剂选择脂肪胺类6610,此时胶粘剂具有良好的综合性能。 In order to improve the use of high-quality and cost-effective adhesives for highway construction,the effects of epoxy resin ratio,curing agent,and toughening agent on the surface drying time,tensile performance,impact performance,tensile shear strength,and compressive shear strength of the adhesive were studied.The results showed that when the ratio of m(816)∶m(862)was 1∶1,the surface drying time of the adhesive was shorter,and the tensile shear strength and compressive shear strength were the highest.The failure mode was cohesive failure.As the PPG content increased,the tensile strength of the adhesive showed a characteristic of first increasing and then decreasing when the curing agents were 6610 and D2238,and the impact strength showed a characteristic of first increasing and then stabilizing.The maximum tensile strength was achieved when the PPG content was 4%.As the PPG content increased,the tensile and compressive shear strengths of the adhesive gradually decreased when the curing agents were 6610 and D2238.The suitable PPG content was 4%,and the ratio of m(816)to m(862)was 1∶1.The curing agent selected was fatty amine 6610.At this time,the adhesive had good comprehensive performance.
