摘要
为更好地保障长三角生态绿色发展示范区供水安全和水生态安全,本文探索了太湖流域内地理位置相近且功能相似的大型水闸和泵站工程联合运行机制。结果表明,闸泵联合运行不仅简便了调度决策程序,提高了闸泵工程运行响应速度和区域水安全保障能力,而且显著节省了工程运行成本,保障了长三角一体化高质量发展。本文成果可为国内存在类似情况的水利工程管理单位提供经验参考。
In order to better ensure the water supply security and water ecological security in the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Development Demonstration Zone,this paper explores the joint operation mechanism of large sluice and pumping station projects with similar geographical position and similar functions in Taihu Basin.The results show that the combined operation of sluice and pump not only simplifies the dispatching decision-making procedure,improves the operation response speed of sluice and pump project and the regional water security guarantee ability,but also significantly saves the project operation cost and ensures the integrated high-quality development of Yangtze River Delta.It can provide experience and reference for similar water conservancy project management units in China.
