摘要
目的探讨基于五运理论治疗肝阳上亢眩晕(高血压病)的临床疗效.方法选取130例门诊或住院高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例.对照组给予天麻钩藤饮治疗,观察组基于对照组加用运气理论指导下的白术厚朴汤治疗,对不同用药方案的效果进行评价.结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周、8周后,观察组SBP、DBP均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眩晕、头痛、心悸、失眠评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论天麻钩藤饮加用运气理论指导下的白术厚朴汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,控制血压水平.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating vertigo(hypertension)due to hyperactivity of liver Yang based on the Wuyun Theory.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with hypertension in outpatient or hospitalization were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Baizhu Houpu Decoction under the guidance of luck theory to evaluate the effects of different medication regimens.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache,palpitation and insomnia of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Baizhu Houpu Decoction under the guidance of the theory of luck has a definite effect on vertigo of hyperactivity of liver Yang,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and control the blood pressure level of patients.
