摘要
羊毛疔发病迅速,现代医学对于该病的研究尚不明确,临床常采用对症治疗,亦无特效治疗药物,故寻找有效的治疗手段尤为重要。本文通过梳理历代医家论述,总结该病的病名、病因病机以及治疗方法,以期为该病的研究提供理论基础。同时对己亥年运气方白术厚朴汤治疗羊毛疔的典型病例一则进行讨论,阐发临证辨治体会,为临床治疗拓展思路。
The wool nail gets onset rapidly. Modern medical research on the disease is not clear yet. Symptomatic treatment is often used in the clinic,and there is no specific treatment. Therefore,it is particularly important to find effective treatments. This paper will research into the name of disease,etiology and pathogenesis and principle of treatment through combing the discourses of doctors and books in the past,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research of the disease. At the same time,to discuss a typical case of Baizhu Houpu Decoction treating wool nail,explaining the experience of clinical treatment,so as to provide theoretical basis for this disease and open up ideas for clinical treatment.
