摘要
目的:观察降压清心方治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压患者102例,随机分为两组。对照组采用高血压的常规治疗,包括低盐饮食、限水治疗、降压药物(利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、ACEI、ARB)。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用降压清心方。两组连续治疗14天。结果:治疗组治愈6例,显效30例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为92.0%(95%CI=80.9%～97.8%);对照组治愈3例,显效14例,有效23例,无效9例,总有效率为81.6%(95%CI=67.9%～91.2%);两组综合疗效比较(u=3.081 2,P=0.003 6),差异有显著性意义;治疗组血压由163.2/87.3 mmHg降至127.4/77.2 mmHg,与对照组(164.3/88.4 mmHg降至141.5/81.9 mmHg)相比有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);可明显改善临床症状,尤其对眩晕、烦躁易怒、面红、目赤症状改善最佳。结论:降压清心方中西医结合治疗高血压的临床疗效优于西药,其收益为OR=0.39(95%CI=0.11～1.35),NNT=10(95%CI=4.22～43.66)。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula of Jiang-ya Qing-xin on hypertension. Methods ： 102 cases with hypertension belonging to type of excessive rising of liver-yang were divided into two groups randomly. Control group were treated with conventional therapy on hypertension, including low salt diet, reducing drinking and hypotensive drug （ diuretic ,β-acceptor blocking agent, Ca-antagonist, AECI and ARB ）. And treatment group were treated with Formula of Jiang-ya Qing-xin on the basis of above treatment. One treat- ment course included 14 days. Results： In treatment group 6 cases were recovered,30 ones excellent, 10 ones effective, and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 92. 0% （95% CI = 80. 9% -97.8% ）. In control group 3 cases were recovered, 14 ones excellent, 23 ones effective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 81.6% （95 % C I = 67.9 % -91.2% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 3.081 2, P =0. 003 6）. In treatment group the blood pressure was step down from 163.2/87.3 mmHg to 127.4/77.2 mm- Hg,and in control group from 164. 3/88.4 mmHg to 141.5/81.9 mmHg. And such symptoms as dizziness,rest- lessness and tantrum, flushing and conjunctival congestion were eliminated best. Conclusion：Formula of Jiang-ya Qing-xin has better effect than single western medicine on hypertension, OR = 0. 39 （95 % CI = 0. 11 - 1.35 ）, NNT = 10（95% CI =4. 22 -43.66）.
