摘要
研究碳源和不同浓度芽孢杆菌及光合细菌对养殖尾水的处理效果。结果表明同时添加碳源和芽孢杆菌及光合细菌对总无机氮、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和活性磷酸盐的去除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。养殖尾水在芽孢杆菌和光合细菌浓度为1 g·m^(-3)和1 mL·m^(-3)情况下处理5 d后,活性磷酸盐、亚硝酸盐氮和氨氮去除率均达85%以上,总无机氮去除率达80%以上。综合本研究中芽孢杆菌及光合细菌不同添加量对养殖尾水处理效果,结合处理成本,建议养殖尾水处理中芽孢杆菌及光合细菌添加量分别为1 g·m^(-3)和1 mL·m^(-3)较为适宜,在此条件下处理5 d后可有效处理尾水中氮磷总量,为养殖尾水处理提供参考。
The effects of carbon sources and different concentrations of Bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria on the treatment of aquaculture tail water were studied.The results showed that the removal of total inorganic nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and active phosphate by the simultaneous addition of carbon sources,Bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Treatment of aquaculture tail water with Bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria at concentrations of 1 g·m^(-3) and 1 mL·m^(-3) for 5 d resulted in 85%or more removal of active phosphate,nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen,total inorganic nitrogen removal also reached more than 80%.Considering the effect of different additions of Bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria on the treatment of aquaculture tail water,combined with the treatment cost,it is suggested that the addition of Bacillus and photosynthetic bacteria in the treatment of aquaculture tail water is appropriate to 1 g·m^(-3) and 1 mL·m^(-3),respectively.The total amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in tail water can be effectively treated after 5 d of treatment under this condition,providing a reference for the treatment of farmed tail water.
