摘要
采用丙酮法,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)为阳离子扩链剂,制备阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂,并将其整理到深浓色织物上。对合成的阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液进行粒径分析、乳液性能分析、化学结构表征、热稳定性分析和应用性能的评价。结果表明:合成的三组阳离子水性聚氨酯粒径分布均匀、乳液稳定性好、有较好的耐热稳定性,经过固色剂整理的深浓色纯棉针织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度可提升至2~3级。
Cationic waterborne polyurethane color fixing agent is prepared by acetone method with polytetrahy⁃drofuran ether glycol(PTMG),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as raw materials and N-methyldiethanolamine(NMDEA)as cationic chain extender,and is used to finish deep and dark color fabric.The synthesized cationic wa⁃terborne polyurethane emulsion is analyzed from particle size,emulsion performance,chemical structure char⁃acterization,thermal stability and application performance.The results show that the three groups of cationic waterborne polyurethane have uniform particle size distribution,good emulsion stability and good heat resis⁃tance stability.The color fastness to wet rubbing of deep and dark cotton knitted fabrics finished with fixing agent can be increased to Grade 2-3.
