摘要
本文介绍了树脂型ED—Z固色剂的合成及其在反应性染料及部分直接染料固色处理中的应用。该固色剂为树脂性预聚体,是一种多官能度的化合物,既能与染料分子反应,也能与纤维素大分子反应。该固色剂对反应性染料湿熨烫牢度的改善特别有效,固色后基本无色变现象,对日晒牢度的影响较其他类型固色剂为小。
An effective fixing agent for reactive dyes, ED-Z fixing agent, has been developed, and its application has been investigated. This agent is mainly used for reactive dyes, and in some cases, it can also be used for direct dyes. Its molecules can react with one another into network under certain conditions. Moreover, its reactive groups can also react with some other groups, such as -OH,-SO3H, -COOH,-NH2 and -NH, which may be involved in the molecules of cellulose and reactive dyes. Such network structure and crosslinkage make the dye fixed tightly on-to the fabric. As a result, wet fastness, especially the wet iron fastness, is improved.
