摘要
综述了超高固含量聚氨酯分散体合成的理论和实践,以球状物体堆积密度数学模型分析了高分子乳液和分散体的极限浓度,以高分子分散体粒子存在水溶胀层的实验分析了分散体体积浓度和固含量的区别,从理论的角度分析了合成超高固含量聚氨酯分散体采用内乳化结合外乳化及采用连续瞬间分散工艺的必需性,简单介绍了国外超高固含量聚氨酯分散体的合成工艺。
There is a review on theory and practice of synthesis of superigh solid content aqueous polyure- thane dispersions. From the mathematical model of close packing of sphere particles, the maximal volume fraction of dispersed phase was calculated. From the dispersion particle' s structure, which contains large amount of swelling water, the difference between volume fraction and solid content was analyzed. The necessities to use emulsifiers and self-emulsifiers and high internal phase ratio dispersion process to prepare super-high solid content aqueous polyurethane dispersion were discussed. The development in higher solid content aqueous polyurethane dispersion was introduced.
