摘要
机械金属表面酸洗污泥含Fe、Ni、Cr等有价金属元素及较高的CaO、CaF_(2)等可以利用的化合物,是重要的二次资源,其产生量约为金属材料产量的2.5%~5.0%,国内年产酸洗污泥65万t以上。酸洗污泥因含有Cr^(6+)及F^(-)被归为有毒固废,常规固化填埋的处理方式占用土地且浪费资源。本文介绍了机械金属表面酸洗污泥性质和危害,分析了传统工艺处置酸洗污泥存在的问题,提出酸洗污泥的资源化梯级利用工艺和方案。
Mechanical metal surface pickling sludge containing Fe,Ni,Cr and other valuable metal elements and high CaO,CaF_(2) and other usable compounds,is an important secondary resources,its production is about 2.5%~5.0%of the metal material output,domestic annual production of pickling sludge more than 650 thousand tons.Pickling sludge is classified as toxic solid waste because it contains Cr^(6+) and F^(-).Conventional solidified landfill treatment takes up land and wastes resources.This paper introduces the nature and harm of pickling sludge on mechanical metal surface,analyzes the problems existing in traditional process of pickling sludge disposal,and puts forward the step utilization process and scheme of pickling sludge resource utilization.
