摘要
针对钢厂的不锈钢酸洗污泥,配置红土尾矿,并利用还原-磁选工艺以期回收其中的铁、镍、铬等金属,使得最终产物可以安全排放。主要分析了污泥及红土尾矿成分、物相;考察了还原温度、还原时间、配碳比(C/O)和污泥配入量等因素对Fe、Ni回收的影响。结果表明,反应温度1 350℃,配碳比1.0,污泥配入量为25%条件下镍和铁的收得率分别达到97.86%和96.07%。同时尾矿中Fe的质量分数为4.04%,Ni的质量分数为0.13%,Cr的质量分数为0.08%。
Carbon reduction-magnetic separation process was used to recover Fe and Ni from the stainless steel sludge. The laterite ore tailing was blended into the sludge to improve the recovery metals. The influence of reduction temperature and time,the atomic ratio of C / O( carbon / oxygen)and charge ratio of pickling sludge were investigated. The experimental results showed that the best reduction condition were at temperature of 1 350 ℃ with C / O atomic ratio of 1. 0 and pickling sludge percent of 25%. Under this condition,the recovery rate of Ni and Fe were reached up to 97. 86%and 96. 07% respectively. Meanwhile the content of Fe,Ni and Cr of the tailings were 4. 04%,0. 13% and 0. 08%.
