摘要
利用激光熔覆方法在P20H模具钢基体上熔覆分别制备了镍基碳化钨50%、60%合金涂层。并通过着色实验、能谱分析、纳米压痕分析等手段对涂层的组织及性能进行分析。结果表明,镍基碳化钨60%合金性能比镍基碳化钨60%具有更高的硬度、弹性模量,组织更均匀、细密。但随着碳化钨质量分比的提高,熔覆过程中出现了微裂纹,在实际应用中应根据实际需求选择合适质量配比。
Nickel based tungsten carbide 50%and 60%alloy coatings were prepared on p20h die steel by laser cladding.The microstructure and properties of the coating were analyzed by coloring experiment,energy spectrum analysis and nano indentation analysis.The results show that Ni based tungsten carbide 60%alloy has higher hardness,elastic modulus and more uniform and fine microstructure than Ni based tungsten carbide 60%.However,with the improvement of tungsten carbide mass ratio,microcracks appear in the cladding process.In practical application,the appropriate mass ratio should be selected according to the actual demand.
