摘要
研究了宽带激光熔覆铸造WCp Ni基合金梯度复合涂层中WCp的溶解方式及机理 ,结果表明 ,在宽带激光熔覆过程中WCp主要以扩散反应溶解为主。溶解机理为 :粘结金属中的Ni ,Cr,Fe原子向WCp内部扩散形成扩散带 ;WCp以反应物的形式与周围的Ni基合金发生化学反应形成熔点低的M2 3C6 或M6C ;形成的碳化物由于熔池内高速对流而以游离态存在于熔池或溶解于Ni基合金后重新凝固结晶析出。
The solution behavior and mechanism of cast WCp/Ni base alloy composite coating are studied.The experimental results indicate that the diffusion reaction solution plays a main part in the solution of cast WCp by wide\|band laser cladding.The solution mechanism of WCp is that:the atoms such as Ni\,Cr\,Fe in bond metal diffuse into WCp to form a diffusion band; WCp,as a kind of reactive product,reacts chemically with arounding Ni base alloy so as to form M 23 C 6 or M 6 C with low melting point;because of high speed counterflow in the melting pool,the carbides formed exit in the melting pool as a free state or resolidify isolation after dissolving into Ni base alloy.
