摘要
介绍了尾煤压滤机滤液重复利用改造的原因,开发了对尾煤压滤机滤液水的清浊水分离储存技术,清水作为本车间生产用水和卫生用水,浊水返回生产系统重新澄清,改进了压滤工段生产用水的闭路循环,降低了生产的水电消耗。
The reasons for the recycling and transformation of the filtrate from the tail coal pressure filter were introduced,the separation and storage technology of the turbid water from the filtrate from tail coal pressure filter were developed.The clear water was used as the production water and sanitary water in the workshop,and the turbid water was recycled to the production system for re-clarification,which could improve the closed-circuit circulation of the production water in the pressure filter section,and greatly reduce the water power consumption in production process.
