摘要
PLC抗干扰能力关系到整个系统的可靠运行。在详细分析PLC控制系统来自空间、系统外部、PLC系统本身引起的干扰基础上,系统研究了提高PLC控制系统抗干扰能力的方法,具体从硬件配置和软件优化方面,提出了相应的抗干扰措施。硬件抗干扰技术能有效抑制干扰源,阻断干扰传输通道。再利用PLC内部丰富的计数器、定时器、辅助继电器等,设计一些抗干扰程序,进一步提高PLC的抗干扰能力。对于提高PLC控制系统的可靠性具有十分重要的作用。
The anti-interference ability of PLC relates to the reliable operation of the system. The article based on the detailed analysis of the maines of PLC control system interference from space, outside the system, PLC system itself, systematic study on the method of improving PLC control system anti-interference capacity, from hardware configuration and software optimization and other aspects, to put forward some corresponding anti-interference measures. The hardware anti-jamming technology can effectively restrain the interfer- ence source, interference channel blocking. We can then use the counter, abundant internal PLC timer, auxiliary relay, design some anti-jamming program, further improve the anti-jamming ability of the PLC.
