应用联合CBL与PBL的新型教学查房模式的效果评价及探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨应用联合案例式教学(case-based learning,CBL)与问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的新型教学查房模式对全科医学规培生的教学效果。方法依据全科医师师资培训讲授内容,建立新型教学查房模式。选取我院全科医学科规培生作为教学对象,通过问卷调查的方式获取学生对该教学模式涉及内容、开展方式及教学效果等方面的评价。采用李克特式评分评价问题的答案,答案选项从低到高依次为1~5分,以每项问题的平均分作为该问题的评分。结果有效回收43份问卷,认为“传统理论授课”方式较好的为5.26%,认为“新型教学查房模式”较好的为94.74%,认为新型教学查房模式能够“提高专业知识”得分最高为4.77分;认为新型教学查房模式能够“提高批判思维能力”的得分相对较低为4.54分,感到新型教学查房模式对自己产生显著压力的有20.93%(9例),有较大压力的有11.63%(5例),一般压力的有37.21%(16例),压力不明显的16.28%(7例),无压力的有13.95%(6例)。结论新型教学查房模式能够激发学员的主观能动性,提高学习积极性,是一种更适合全科规培生的教学方法。 Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in residents of general practice.Methods According to the teaching content of general practitioners,a new teaching model was established.The students of the general practice department of our hospital were selected as the teaching object,and the students'evaluation on the content,development mode and teaching effect of the teaching mode were obtained through the questionnaire survey.The answer to the question was evaluated using the Liert score,and the answer option ranged from 1 to 5 from low to high,with the average score of each question as the score for the question.Results Effectively recovered 43 questionnaires,5.26%consider"traditional theory teaching"better,while 94.74%consider"new teaching mode"better.The new teaching mode can"improve professional knowledge"score 4.77 points,the new teaching mode can"improve the critical thinking ability"with a relatively low score of 4.54 points.20.93%(9 cases)felt that the new teaching model exerted significant pressure on themselves,with greater pressure was 11.63%(5 cases),general pressure was 37.21%(16 cases),less pressure was 16.28%(7 cases),and no pressure was 13.95%(6 cases).Conclusion The new teaching mode combined with CBL and PBL can stimulate the subjective initiative of students and improve the learning enthusiasm,which is a more suitable teaching method for general practice training.
