摘要
全科医疗科是新兴临床二级学科,主要实施基本医疗,而非解决疑难杂症。在三级医疗机构建立全科医疗科有利于方便患者,减轻专科压力,促进医疗资源合理利用,提高社区服务水平,实现双向转诊;有利于全科医学基地建设,全科医学师资队伍建设,全科医学人才培养;有利于三级医院和社区的科研合作。因此,加大政府投入,建立三级医疗机构全科医疗科建设标准,加强人才培养力度,同时提升公众对全科医生的认识和信任度是全科医学发展的必由之路。
The general medical department in the tertiary hospital is an emerging clinical secondary disciplines,which are mainly focusing on basic medical care rather than solving difficult miscellaneous diseases.The general medical department in the tertiary hospital is beneficial to the convenience of patients,the reduction of the specialty pressure,the promotion of the rational use of medical resources,the improvement of the community service level,the realization of the two-way referral.It is beneficial to the construction of the clinical and community bases,the faculty construction and the personnel training of general medicine.It is beneficial to the scientific research cooperation of three hospitals and the community.Therefore,to increase the government investment,establish the construction standard of the general medical department in the tertiary hospital,strengthen the intensity of the personnel training,and enhance the public awareness and trust of the general practitioner is the way to be passed.
