摘要
"双带头人"教师党支部书记工作室是新时代高职院校基层党建工作的创新方式,充分体现党建工作新要求和新特色,具有双属性、双角色、双条件、双团队和双标杆"五双"特点,建设标准化、成效化、示范化和多能化工作室,有助于实现"党建+专业"的双融合与双促进高质量发展。
The party branch secretary’s office for "double leader" teachers is an innovative way of basic-level party building work in higher vocational colleges in the new era. It reflects the new requirements and characteristics of party building work with the "five-double" features of double properties, double roles, double conditions, double teams, and double standards. Building the offices of standardization, effectiveness, demonstration, and multi-function can help to realize the high-quality development of double-integration and double-promotion of "party building + specialty" construction.
