摘要
加强和改进高职院校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程制度建设是高校党建长期开展的一项工作。现今,高职院校“双带头人”培育工程视角下的制度建设面临着选任制度缺乏标准、考核激励制度不完善、考核评价制度不系统等问题。需通过完善“双带头人”制度建设来提高教师党支部书记的整体素质,凝聚全体师生的思想意识,实现基层党建工作和教学科研工作双促进、双提高。
It is a long-term work to strengthen and improve the system construction of"double leaders"cultivation project of Party branch secretaries in higher vocational colleges.Nowadays,the system construction under the perspective of"double leaders"cultivation project in higher vocational colleges is faced with such problems as the lack of standards for selection and appointment system,the imperfection of assessment and incentive system,and the unsystematic assessment and evaluation system.It is proposed to improve the overall quality of the Party branch secretary of the teachers'Party branch by improving the"double leader"system construction,condensing the ideological consciousness of all teachers and students,and realizing the double promotion and double improvement of the grass-roots party construction work and teaching and scientific research work.
