摘要
师资是推动高等院校发展的第一资源,也是推动各高等院校人才培养的重要支撑。习近平新时代中国特色人才观,对我国高等院校师资队伍建设工作具有直接的指引作用。尤其对近年来刚刚发展的技术师范院校来说,肩负着新时代职业教育师资培养的新使命,师资队伍的质量好坏必将在一定程度上决定我国职业教育的成败。文章就技术师范院校贯彻习近平人才观,怎样建设一支肩负重任不辱使命的高质量高水平师资队伍进行了有益的尝试。
Teachers are the first resource to promote the development of colleges and universities,and also an important support to promote the training of talents in institutions of higher learning.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s view of talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era plays a direct guiding role in the team construction of teachers in China’s colleges and universities.In particular,the polytechnic normal universities that have just developed in recent years shoulder the new mission of cultivating vocational education teachers in the new era.Therefore,the quality of the teaching staff will certainly determine the success or failure of vocational education in our country to a certain extent.This article has made a useful attempt on how to implement Xi Jinping’s view of talents in polytechnic normal universities and how to build a high-quality and high-level teaching team which is supposed to carry a heavy responsibility and fulfill the mission.
