中国零售业发展的时空分异及影响因素 被引量:6

Spatio-temporal differentiation and influencing factors of the development of China’s retail industry

摘要 在测算零售业综合发展指数基础上,基于Theil指数、探索性空间数据分析研究了2000-2017年中国零售业发展的时空分异格局,采用空间计量模型分析其驱动因素及空间溢出效应.结果表明,中国零售业发展整体水平逐渐提升,东部地区是零售业发展的主要区域,中、西部地区在零售业发展方面仍相对滞后,始终保持着"东-中-西"阶梯式递减发展格局;零售业发展的区域差异在波动中呈缩小趋势,Theil指数降幅42.38%,组间和组内差异均趋于缩小;零售业发展水平具有显著的空间正相关,"马太效应"显著,地理空间是影响其演变的重要因素.局部区域呈现空间集聚特征,高-高型和低-低型空间俱乐部趋同明显;零售业发展内生交互效应显著,邻近零售业水平每升高1%,将导致本地零售业水平提高0.2%.不同影响因子对零售业存在直接与间接效应,其中,居民生活水平、城市发展、产业结构和市场环境是推动零售业发展的关键因素. Via measuring the comprehensive development index of the retail industry,we studied the spatiotemporal differentiation,driving factors and spatial spillover effects of China’s retail industry development during 2000-2017 with reference to the Theil index,exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial econometric model.The results showed that the overall development level of China’s retail industry had been gradually improved,about which the eastern region was the lead of retail industry development,while the central and western regions were still relatively backward,and the"east-middlewest"stepwise declining development pattern had always been maintained.The regional differences in the development of retail industry showed a reduced trend in the fluctuation,about which the Theil index decreased by 42.38%,and the differences between and within groups tended to narrow.The development of retail industry presented a significant positive spatial correlation,and the geographic space was an important factor affecting its evolution.Local areas showed the characteristics of spatial agglomeration,and the spatial club convergence of HH and LL type was obvious.The endogenous interactive effect of retail development was significant.Each 1%increase in the level of adjacent retail industry would lead to a 0.2%increase in the local retail industry level.Different factors had direct and indirect effects on retail industry,among which resident living standards,urban development,industrial structure and market environment were the key factors to promote the development of retail industry,while urbanization and marketization index had positive spatial spillover effects.
