摘要
由于无性繁殖导致马铃薯形成病毒,并且其繁殖速度要大于幼苗的生长速度,利用生长期进行脱毒已无法完成。然而,经过组织培养后收获不含病毒的脱毒马铃薯,其技术不仅可以使马铃薯在生长期内完成脱毒,还可在一定程度上提高产量。文章将对脱毒马铃薯组织培养技术及其优势进行叙述,并从马铃薯切取茎尖进行脱毒培养技术展开综述。
Asexual propagation leads to the formation of virus in potato,and its propagation speed is greater than the growth speed of seedlings,so it is impossible to detoxify by using the growth period.However,the virus-free potato harvested after tissue culture can not only complete virus-free potato in the growth period,but also improve the yield to a certain extent.This paper will describe the tissue culture technology and its advantages of virus-free potato,and summarize the virus-free culture technology from potato shoot tips.
