摘要
以采自西藏山南地区隆子县加玉乡卡布沟的红皮马铃薯为试验材料,利用植物组织培养技术进行茎尖剥离,获得脱毒苗,并建立快繁再生体系。结果表明,红皮马铃薯组织培养不同培养阶段的适宜培养基分别为分化培养基:MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L;继代培养基:MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L;生根培养基:MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L。
Red-skinned potatoes collected from Kabugou,Jiayu Township,Longzi County of southern Tibet,were used as experimental materials to obtain virus-free seedlings by stripping the stem tips with plant tissue culture technology,and a rapid reproduction and regeneration system was established.The results showed that the suitable differentiation medium subculture medium and rooting medium was MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L,MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,and MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L,respectively.
