摘要
基于项目教学法的高校酒店管理课程改革与"新文科"背景下酒店管理专业培养实用型人才的教学目标十分契合.结合酒店运营管理的课程特点,研究了项目教学法在教学环节中的改革与应用.在教学计划制定过程中,将大纲中章节内容整合转化为与之相对应的职业能力板块,明晰教学项目的设计方向;在教学设计阶段,精心准备并设置难度适宜的教学项目;在教学实施阶段,根据学生能力层次合理分配项目小组;在教学效果评价中,充分考虑不同维度目标在一个项目中的侧重点,采用多元化、多样化、差异化的评价方式.
The reform of university hotel management curriculum based on project-based teaching method is in line with the teaching goal of cultivating practical talents for hotel management majors under the background of"new liberal arts".Taking into consideration of the characteristics of the course Hotel Operation Management,this paper studies the reform and application of project-based teaching method in the teaching process.Firstly,in designing teaching syllabus,the chapter content in the syllabus should be integrated and transformed into the corresponding sect of professional ability development,and clarify the orientation of teaching project.Secondly,in designing teaching plan,teaching projects should be elaborately prepared so that they are suitable in difficulty degree;Thirdly,in the teaching process,students should be grouped according to their ability;Finally,diversified and differentiated evaluation methods should be adopted in the evaluation of teaching effect,by taking full consideration of the diverse aspects of a project.
