摘要
论文主要研究人工智能技术在酒店运营管理及酒店服务中的应用,对比传统酒店服务管理,提出智能技术的应用优势、不足及其对酒店服务管理的影响,为现代国际酒店的信息化应用管理提供参考性意见。
This paper mainly studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in hotel operation and management and hotel service.Compared with the traditional hotel service management,this paper puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of the application of intelligence technology and its influence on hotel service management,so as to provide reference opinions for the informatization application and management in modern international hotels.
