摘要
论文通过分析河曲露天煤矿的内排条件及采排现状,提出了一种工作帮陡帮转向方案,通过优化台阶参数,实现了短内排跟踪距离、无外排条件下的扇形转向。研究表明:河曲露天煤矿工作帮靠近圆心端工作面最多可提高至26o,通常情况下按照优化后的最小工作面布置,帮坡角可提高到18o。相比正常转向剥离量减少了5904万立方米,极大地缓解了扇形转向因不等幅开采造成的超前剥离量加大的问题。
By analyzing the internal dumping conditions and the current situation of mining and dumping in Hequ Open-Pit Coal Mine,this paper puts forward a steering scheme for the steep slope of working slope.By optimizing the step parameters,the fan-shaped steering under the condition of short internal dumping tracking distance and no external dumping is realized.Research shows that the working face of the Hequ Open-Pit Coal Mine near the center of the circle can be increased to 26o at most.Generally,the optimized minimum working face is used as the basis for layout,and the slope angle can be increased to 18o.Compared with the normal steering,the stripping volume is reduced by 59.04 million cubic meters,which greatly alleviates the problem of increasing the advance stripping volume caused by unequal amplitude mining in fan-shaped steering.
