摘要
伊敏露天矿现对剥离工艺进行改造,通过采用连续系统代替部分单斗-卡车系统。针对初步设计与生产实际的采区时空关系的变化,通过对露天矿生产规划、系统搬迁、附属工程等因素进行分析,优化了连续系统初期布置方式,减少项目初期投资,提高了连续系统的生产效率。
Yimin Open-pit Mine reforms the stripping process by using a continuous system to replace part of the single-buckettruck system.Due to the change of the spatial and temporal relationship between the preliminary design and the actual production,this article analyzes the factors such as production planning,system relocation and subsidiary engineering in the open-pit mine,optimizes the initial arrangement of the continuous system,reduces the initial investment of the project,and improves the production efficiency of the continuous system.
