摘要
通过阅读大量现有研究成果和收集、整理大量典型装配式混凝土建筑成本控制实例,选取装配式混凝土建筑成本的控制指标;采用DEMATEL计算各指标的影响度、被影响度、中心度及原因度等四个参数,在分析装配式混凝土建筑成本系统中的原因及结果指标的同时,也梳理出装配式混凝土建筑的关键成本控制指标;最后,通过针对关键成本控制指标研究相应的对策,达到降低装配式混凝土建筑成本的目的,旨在为建设方、设计方及施工方等在装配式混凝土建筑工程实践中有效控制成本提供参考。
Through reading a large number of existing research results and collecting and sorting out a large number of typical prefabricated concrete building cost control examples,prefabricated concrete building cost control indicators are selected;Then,DEMATEL is used to calculate the influence degree,influence degree,centrality and reason degree of each index.In the analysis of the cause and result index in the cost system of prefabricated concrete building,the key cost control index of prefabricated concrete building is also combed out.Finally,through the key cost control index research corresponding countermeasures,achieve the purpose of reducing the prefabricated concrete construction cost,in order to provide a reference for the construction party,design party and construction party in the prefabricated concrete construction engineering practice effective cost control.
