摘要
装配式混凝土建筑综合效益分析是一个复杂的系统,涵盖范围较广。通过对比传统现浇式、预制装配式这两种建造方式的资源能源消耗、建筑垃圾排放、噪音和空气污染排放以及碳排放等,深入分析了建造过程中的节能减排效益,并从产业和行业发展、城镇化、工程质量和性能等方面出发剖析了其社会和经济效益,并提出了针对性的政策建议。
The analysis of the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated concrete buildings is a complex system that covers various scopes. The resource and energy consumption, construction waste emission, noise and air pollution emission and carbon emission of the two construction modes of traditional cast-in-situ mode and prefabrication mode were compared, the energy conservation and emission reduction benefits in construction process were deeply analyzed. The social and economic benefits were analyzed from the aspects of industry development, urbanization, project quality and performance, and targeted policy recommendations were put forward.
