摘要
采用加热和微波两种手段对蓖麻油预拌橡胶进行活化预处理并制备活化橡胶改性沥青,通过旋转薄膜烘箱加热老化试验(RTFOT)、动态剪切流变试验、多应力重复蠕变和回复试验、弯曲梁流变试验和线性振幅扫描试验探讨两种不同的预拌活化方式对活化橡胶改性沥青性能的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱探究两种预拌活化方式下橡胶改性沥青的活化机理。结果表明,使用蓖麻油对橡胶进行加热和微波活化均能有效提高改性沥青的高温、低温、疲劳和抗老化性能;相比于未活化橡胶改性沥青,活化后橡胶改性沥青表现出更优异的抗永久变形和变形回复能力,能适应更低温度条件,其疲劳损伤抵抗能力有所增强,而RTFOT短期老化前后的性能衰变量则有所降低;蓖麻油在加热和微波预拌活化过程中能有效地对橡胶表面进行溶胀活化,从而有助于提高橡胶在沥青中的溶胀速率并改善改性效果。
Premixing and activation of rubber by castor oil via heating and microwave were performed and the activated rubber modified asphalt was prepared.Rolling thin film oven test(RTFOT),dyna-mic shear rheology test,multiple stress creep and recovery test,bending beam rheology test and linear amplitude sweep test were conducted to investigate the effects of the two kinds of premixing and activation method on the performance of the activated rubber modified asphalt,and the activation mechanisms of the activated rubber modified asphalt by the two kinds of premixing and activation method were explored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that heating and microwave activation of rubber with castor oil could effectively improve the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,anti-fatigue performance and aging resistance of the rubber modified asphalt.Compared with the unactivated rubber modified asphalt,the activated rubber modified asphalt exhibi-ting superior resistance to permanent deformation and deformation recovery could adapt to lower temperature conditions,and resistance to fatigue damage was enhanced and the performance decay of before and after RTFOT short-term aging was reduced.Castor oil could effectively activate the surface of rubber in the process of heating and microwave premixing and activation,which was helpful to increase swelling rate of rubber in asphalt and improve the modification effect.
