摘要
依托辽宁省冷再生技术实体工程,分析调研路段的路面破损状况及整体性能衰减规律,同时通过沥青混合料室内试验分别从高温、低温、常温等多个方面评价冷再生沥青混合料的技术性能,并结合调研路段再生混合料室内试验结果,对调研路段典型病害的原因进行分析。其试验结果相对于非再生路面,乳化沥青厂拌冷再生路面性能衰减速度更快,从再生后的第4年开始,路面整体性能将不能满足使用要求。在中等以下交通量条件下,乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术实际应用效果良好。
Based on the physical engineering of cold recycling technology in Liaoning Province,the pavement damage conditions and the overall performance attenuation laws of the research road were analyzed.At the same time,the technical performance of the recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated from the high temperature,low temperature,and normal temperature through the physical and mechanical properties of the mixture.Based on the results of laboratory tests on the recycled mix of research roads,the causes of typical diseases on the research roads were analyzed.The research results show that compared with non-recycled pavement,the performance of cold recycling pavement has faster performance decay.From the fourth year after regeneration,the overall performance of cold recycling pavement will not meet the requirements for use.Under the conditions of medium and below traffic volume,the emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling technology has a good practical application effect.
