锥入度与球入度作为橡胶沥青性能评价指标的适用性研究

摘要 为了研究锥入度与球入度作为评价橡胶沥青性能指标的适用性及检测指标间的相关性,通过大量室内检测数据进行了系统分析。研究结果表明:采用针入度评价橡胶沥青温度敏感性易造成数据失真,而锥入度可作为室内评价橡胶沥青性能的检测指标;传统弹性恢复指标不能合理评价橡胶沥青弹性恢复特性,延度指标不适用于评价橡胶沥青低温抗裂特性;黏温指数可作为评价橡胶沥青感温特性指标,当胶粉掺量为20%,粉胶比为1. 0时,橡胶沥青胶浆黏温指数最大,其中HD2类型橡胶沥青胶浆黏温指数达2. 031 7;温度敏感性复数指数可量化评价橡胶沥青等胶结料的感温性指标;采用动态剪切流变仪温度扫描试验得出的存储模量对数和损耗模量对数分别与温度对数进行线性回归,拟合得出评价橡胶沥青胶结料温度敏感性复数指数方程;针入度和锥入度与不同温度布氏旋转黏度具较高的拟合程度,其中锥入度与180,165,135℃布氏黏度拟合相关系数分别为0. 908 6,0. 901和0. 915 9;针入度与锥入度二指标之间具有较好的线性相关性能,二者拟合相关系数达0. 905 9;弹性恢复和回弹恢复与不同温度布氏黏度间存在较好的相关性,其中回弹回复与180,165,135℃布氏黏度拟合相关系数分别为0. 943 1,0. 921 7,0. 940 7;弹性恢复和回弹回复二指标之间线性相关系数达0. 862 6;回弹恢复性能可有效反映橡胶沥青弹性恢复特性,球入度可作为一种橡胶沥青弹性恢复性能评价指标。 In order to study the applicability of cone penetration and ball penetration as the performance indicators for evaluating rubber asphalt and the correlation between them,a large number of indoor testing data are used for systematic analysis. The result shows that( 1) The data distortion is easy to be caused by using needle penetration to evaluate the temperature sensitivity of rubber asphalt,while the cone penetration can be used as the indoor test indicator to evaluate the performance of rubber asphalt.( 2) Traditional elastic recovery indicator is unsuitable for evaluating the elastic recovery characteristics of rubber asphalt,and the ductility indicator is unsuitable for evaluating the cracking resistance of rubber asphalt at low temperature.( 3) The viscosity-temperature indicator can be used as the indicator to evaluate the temperature sensitivity characteristics of rubber asphalt. When the amount of rubber powder is 20% and the filler-asphalt ratio is1. 0,the viscosity-temperature susceptibility( VTS) of rubber asphalt mortar is the largest,among which the VTS of HD2 type rubber asphalt mortar is 2. 031 7.( 4) Temperature sensitivity complex index can quantitatively evaluate the temperature sensitivity indicator of rubber asphalt and other cementing materials.( 5) The logarithm of storage modulus and the logarithm of loss modulus obtained by the temperature scanning test using dynamic shear rheometer are linear regressed respectively with the temperature logarithm,and the complex index equation for evaluating the temperature sensitivity of rubber asphalt binder is obtained by fitting.( 5) Needle penetration and cone penetration have higher fitting degree with the Brookfield rotational viscosity at different temperature,in which the fitting correlation coefficients of cone penetration to180,165,135 ℃ Brookfield viscosity is 0. 908 6,0. 901,0. 915 9 respectively.( 6) Needle penetration and cone penetration have good linear correlation performance,and their fitting correlation
