摘要
高校科技期刊是国家科技期刊的重要组成部分,其办刊水平的高低受多种因素的影响.文章在分析高校科技期刊编辑队伍建设存在专业性人才短缺、创新意识不强、编辑队伍不稳定和编辑素质有待提高等问题的基础上,从转变观念、提高高校对期刊工作的认识,加强学习与交流、提高编校与创新能力,建立有效的人才引进机制、稳定编辑队伍三个方面提出促进高校科技期刊编辑队伍建设的措施.
As an important part of national scientific and technical periodicals,the publication level of scientific and technical periodicals in colleges and universities is influenced by various factors.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the editorial team of scientific and technical periodicalls in colleges and universities,such as the shortage of professional talents,the weak sense of innovation,The editorial team is unstable and the improvement of editorial quality.On this basis,the paper puts forward measures to promote the construction of the editorial team of scientific and technical periodicals in colleges and universities from three aspects:changing the concept,improving the school leaders’understanding of the periodical work,strengthening the learning and communication,improving the innovation ability,establishing an effective talent introduction mechanism and stabilizing the editorial team.
