摘要
在科技期刊竞争日趋激烈的环境下,科技期刊之间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。加强科技期刊人才队伍建设,提升科技期刊编辑人员素质,培养复合型编辑人才,对于科技期刊的持续良性发展与建立品牌效应是十分必要的,对于科技期刊质量与影响力的发展同样重要。从科技期刊编辑人才需求特点入手,讨论科技期刊编辑人员所需素质,分析编辑人员队伍中存在的问题,并且对科技期刊编辑队伍素质建设提出几点思考建议。
In the increasingly fierce competition of sci-tech periodicals, the competition among sci-tech periodicals is the competition of talent ultimately. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of talent team of sci-tech periodicals and improve the editors’ quality of sci-tech periodicals and cultivate compound editorial talents for the sustained and healthy development of sci-tech periodicals and the establishment of brand effects. It plays an important role in the development of the quality and influence of sci-tech periodicals. Starting from the characteristics of editorial talents of sci-tech periodicals, the quality required by editors of sci-tech periodicals is discussed. The problems existing in the editorial staff are analyzed. Some suggestions for the quality construction of the sci-tech periodical editors are put forward.
