摘要
编辑应具有与社会发展同步的道德意识。当前编辑队伍职业道德存在失范现象,究其原因,一是市场经济体制不完善,导致不良社会风气的形成;二是编辑工作管理制度不健全,导致用稿的随意性较大;三是编辑不注重自身修养提高,导致价值取向的偏倚。从提高自身职业道德修养、建立健全完善的规章制度及提升人生境界三个方面提出了一些加强编辑职业道德建设的建议,旨在促进编辑事业的健康发展。
As an editor, one should have a high moral awareness that meets the requirement of social development. This paper analyzes the causes of misconduct of editors in professional activity and gives practical suggestions to strengthen editors＇ morality from three perspectives and promote the healthy development of editing.
