摘要
文章在"双循环"发展格局背景下,借助数据包络分析法测量了中国31个省份的旅游业内外循环效率,利用Dagum基尼系数、马尔科夫链技术综合分析了省份间旅游业内外循环效率的区域差异以及分布动态变化。结果发现:中国旅游内外循环效率呈现趋同态势,内外循环效率整体上东部高、西北低;时间维度上区域旅游内外循环效率均表现出较差的流动性,难以实现短期的跨阶段发展;空间维度上内外循环效率均存在区域不均衡现象,区域间外循环差距更为显著,组间差距是造成不均衡状态的主要原因。
Under the background of"dual cycle"development pattern, this paper measures the internal and external cycle efficiency of China’s tourism in 31 provinces by means of data envelopment analysis method, and then uses the Dagum Gini coefficient and Markov chain technique to comprehensively analyze the regional differences and dynamic distribution evolution of internal and external cycle efficiency of tourism among provinces. The results show that the internal and external cycle efficiency of China’s tourism presents a trend of convergence, with the internal and external cycle efficiency higher in the east and lower in the northwest on the whole, that in the time dimension, both the internal and external cycle efficiency of regional tourism show poor fluidity, with difficulty in realizing short-term cross-stage development, and that in the spatial dimension, the internal and external cycle efficiency has regional disequilibrium, with the gap of external circulation between regions more significant, and the gap between groups being the main reason for the disequilibrium.
