摘要
基于2014—2020年省级面板数据,通过泰尔指数、探索性空间数据分析法、固定效应模型等考察了中国农业对外投资的空间差异、时空演变特征及影响因素。结果表明,中国农业对外投资存量呈上升趋势,东部地区变化趋势与全国一致,中部、东北、西南和西北地区投资存量增长速度较缓慢,同时全国投资总体差异波动增大,差异主要来源于地区内差异;2014—2020年间中国各省农业对外投资存量高值集中区由东北方向转变为东南方向,投资存量的分布态势由随机分布变为集聚分布;区域因素、产业因素和制度因素均会对农业投资带来影响,但各区域的主要影响因素存在差异。据此,为扩大农业对外投资规模和优化投资布局,提出加强政策引导、发挥投资水平较高区域的联动性、探索农业对外投资水平提升的区域差异化路径等政策建议。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2014 to 2020,the spatial differences,temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of China’s agricultural foreign investment are investigated through the Theil index,exploratory spatial data analysis method,fixed effect model,etc.The results show that:China’s agricultural foreign investment stock shows an upward trend,and the change trend in the eastern region is consistent with that in the whole country.The growth rate of the investment stock in the central,northeast,southwest and northwest regions is relatively slow,while the overall difference in national investment fluctuates,and the difference mainly comes from the regional difference.From 2014 to 2020,the high-value concentration area of agricultural foreign investment stock in China’s provinces changed from northeast to southeast,and the distribution trend of investment stock changed from random distribution to agglomeration distribution.Regional factors,industrial factors and institutional factors will all affect agricultural foreign investment,but the main influencing factors of each region are different.Accordingly,in order to expand the scale of agricultural foreign investment and optimize the investment layout,this paper provides some policy suggestions,including strengthening policy guidance,giving play to the linkage of regions with high investment levels,and exploring regional differentiation paths for improving the level of agricultural foreign investment.
