摘要
热交换器温度控制系统中存在纯滞后、大惯性现象。传统PID控制下,系统超调量大、调节时间长,控制质量较差。设计的史密斯预估补偿模糊PID温度串级控制系统,在Simulink中构建动态模型对其进行仿真,并加入扰动测试其抗干扰性。为了验证控制质量,与PID串级控制、模糊串级控制、Smith-PID串级控制三种控制模式相比较,仿真结果说明,史密斯预估的模糊PID控制系统没有超调量,动态平稳性好,抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性好,控制效果更佳。
In the heat exchanger temperature control system,there exists pure time delay and great inertial.The conventional PID control has large overshoot,long adjustment time and poor control quality.The Smith predictive compensation fuzzy PID temperature cascade control system is designed.The dynamic model is built and simulated in Simulink,and the disturbance is added to test its anti-interference performance.In order to verify its control quality,compared with PID cascade control,fuzzy cascade control and Smith PID cascade control,the simulation results show that Smith-fuzzy PID control system has no overshoot,good dynamic stability,strong anti-interference ability,good robustness and better control effect.
